The Science of Meditation

 

Transcendental meditations are sciences. There is a body of inner knowledge about these sciences stretching back to ancient times. In the modern world there has been a great deal of research on the benefits of meditation both physiological and psychological and it is known to expand inner spiritual growth, the development of spiritual intelligence. Transcendental meditations generate Inner Peace which support the creative development of planet earth and humanity.
