About Ingrid

Ingrid has a wealth of experience in Voice, Communication and Personal Development training having worked in theatre, education and the professions.

Studying at Manchester University and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formerly the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama) inspired her deep interest in the human voice that led to her teaching Voice and Speech at Drama Schools in the UK and US, speaking for audio recordings and working with people from all walks of life who wish to unfold the potential of their own voice.

Between 2000 and 2010 she was as an associate with the corporate communication consultancy Be Clear. In this role she provided training and individual coaching to senior executives in a range of blue-chip companies and professional firms, helping clients prepare for high pressure situations such as conference presentations, media interviews and competitive pitches.

Radiant Power Associates was established by Ingrid St Clare in 1984 to provide professional training of excellence for people from all walks of life seeking to develop their human potential. Several thousand individuals have benefited from Radiant Power’s personalised programmes. Many are running their own small business or are engaged in the professions of medicine, law or teaching.

Many of these individuals are self-funding or fund themselves through their own enterprise, making them highly motivated and eager to develop. Others are funded by their companies which have included Bank of England, Barclays, Alliance and Leicester, GPT, Sims Educational, Avon, Water and Electricity companies, Local government, Government Agencies, Recruitment, Telecommunication and Pharmaceutical companies.
